Shipping & Returns

Every print in my shop is made to order: I print it, check it and sign it by hand before it leaves. This page explains how shipping works and what you can do if you change your mind or if something goes wrong.

Production and shipping

  • Your print ships within 14 days of your order.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over €150 in Italy, €179 to the USA, €250 to the rest of Europe and the UK, and €1,000 everywhere else.
  • Delivery time after shipping depends on the destination and the carrier.
  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the print, without giving any reason. This is a right of every customer in the European Union, and I apply the same rule to customers everywhere else.

  1. Send me an email within 14 days of delivery saying that you want to return the print.
  2. Ship it back within 14 days of your email, in its original packaging, together with the certificate of authenticity if it is a limited edition.
  3. Return shipping is at your cost.
  4. I refund the price of the print and the standard shipping cost you paid within 14 days of your email, with the same payment method you used. I may wait to send the refund until the print is back with me or you show me proof that you shipped it.

If the print comes back damaged, creased or without its certificate because it was handled more than needed to look at it, I may deduct the loss of value from the refund.

Prints that cannot be returned

Prints made to your own specifications cannot be returned: for example a custom size you asked for, or a print with a personal dedication. This follows the exception for personalised goods in EU consumer law.

Damaged in transit or defective

If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, write to me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the print and of the packaging. I will send you a new print or a full refund, at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal guarantee of conformity under EU law.
