The photograph
"Wind of Change" reduces the Gulf of Poets to two rocks, the sea and a moving sky, in a minimalist long exposure seascape from Lerici, Liguria, printed as a signed fine art print.
The two brown rocks rest in water turned to smooth teal glass, the only solid shapes in a wide and empty frame. On the right a dark storm cloud comes down over the hills, while the islands on the horizon wait under a grey sky. I love long exposures for exactly this reason: they remove the noise of every wave and leave only the essential.
