The photograph
"Into The Storm" was photographed at a sea arch on the Isle of Lewis, in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, as a storm was approaching: a long exposure seascape printed as a signed fine art print.
Dark clouds fill the whole sky and the slow shutter pulls them into long grey streaks. Below the cliffs the sea swirls in white and teal around the arch and the broken rocks, and every wave melts into one single movement. In the foreground, rough rocks covered in orange lichen give the eye a solid place to rest in all that motion.
