The photograph
"Fire Clouds" portrays Butt of Lewis Lighthouse, at the northern tip of the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, in a long exposure seascape printed as a signed fine art print.
The red brick tower stands on the cliffs at the left edge of the frame, while pink and orange clouds stream across the sky like sparks from a fire. Below them the sea becomes a silky blue plain that wraps around the rocks, and the foreground is covered in lichen and small sea pink flowers. Butt of Lewis is my beloved lighthouse in Scotland.
